The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of Interlaken town center. The rooms are updated, very clean, and come with a little balcony, although the en-suite bathroom is on the smaller side. The beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The dining offers included meals, but the thin crispy fries could be more substantial. Overall, the hotel provides a great value for a stay in a prime location.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were updated, very clean, and I loved having a small balcony to relax on. The en-suite bathroom was a bit small but functional. The service was top-notch, especially with the attentive housekeeping and helpful tours and ticket assistance. The location was perfect for me, being very close to the railway station and giving me easy access to nearby restaurants. The Thai food in the dining options was a real treat. The facilities were great and added to the overall value of my stay.
